Terms & Conditions

We accept orders worldwide. All payments are in New Zealand dollars only. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not store your credit/debit card details. If taxes or import duties are levied with your order then that will be the responsibility of the customer.

Changing Orders:

If you wish to change your order after you have already placed it, please send us an email straight away to explain what you would like changed. We will endeavor to modify your order for you.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed you will not be able to cancel, however you may be able to return the item for a refund.

Refunds:

We aim to provide a quality product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may within 30days return goods purchased for a full refund on the price paid for. Please note all returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. You can return our product to :-

Shipping:

Shipping orders internationally should arrive between 7-14 days and National orders should take 3-6 working days although we cannot guarantee this. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

We respect your privacy and any information given will be kept by BullRush Chocolates and will not be passed on to other parties. We may use this database for future contact regarding business transactions. Credit card information transmitted directly to ANZ eGate™ and is not processed or stored by us.

Health Information:

Please note we use nuts in our manufacturing and gluten products.

Orders:

On the rare occasion that your item is out of stock we will notify you by email. Orders paid by on line banking will not be dispatched until payment is cleared.
